ECFL Officially Changes Company Name to Reflect Market 99, Ltd.

(PINK SHEETS: ECFL.PK) formerly known as Ecarfly, Inc. recently amended the company Articles of Incorporation to reflect a name change to, Market 99, Ltd. The reason behind the name change is fueled by the acquisition initiative of Market 99, Ltd., a Nevada-based company.

Over the last 12 months, Desmond Milligan, CEO of ecarfly, has been in negotiations with multiple companies in the pursuit of a possible merger/acquisition candidate for ECFL.

In April of 2007, Desmond Milligan met with the Board of Directors of Market 99, Ltd. a Nevada-based company, about the possibility of an acquisition/merger. Before any further negotiations were to take place, Mr. Milligan requested a series of milestones be accomplished by the Board of Directors of Market 99, Ltd. (Nevada). The following are a few of those milestones.
